The charts on your dashboard provide at-a-glance insights without requiring you to open individual project. The sections below explain how to interpret each area.
Upcoming Milestones & Agenda
Displays all milestones scheduled for the current month, with key dates highlighted visually. Select a milestone to open its detail view, where you can edit, mark it as submitted, or delete it.
Use this section to keep upcoming deadlines visible and support proactive project coordination.
Top Priority Open Tasks
Displays your most critical tasks — including urgent/important and important/not urgent items — in a single, actionable list. Select a task to open the slide-over panel, where you can edit, forward, or mark it as complete.
This helps you focus on immediate priorities while maintaining progress on longer-term work.
Recent Unread Memos
Lists all unread memos awaiting your review. Select a memo to open the slide-over panel, where you can edit, forward, or archive it.
This helps ensure important communications are addressed in a timely manner.
Time & Expense Work in Progress
Tracks each active project’s cost-to-date compared to the invoice-to-date amount. select a project to opens its detail page.
Use this chart to quickly see projects trending over budget or requiring billing follow-up.
Contract-based Invoicing
Displays profitability for active projects by comparing cost-to-date, invoice-to-date, and the original proposal amount.
This provides earned-value insight for contract-based projects including fee proposals and approved scope changes, and offers high-level visibility into cost-to-date versus invoiced to date performance.
Latest Design Reviews Received & Sent
Shows both design reviews assigned to you and those you’ve requested from others. Select a review to opens its slide-over detail view, where you can access additional information, attachments, and complete the design review.
This supports streamlined design collaboration and clear accountability throughout review cycles.
Previous & Current Timesheet
Displays your current and previous timesheet hours grouped by category. Hours spent in projects appear in yellow, while other overhead categories are displayed in contrasting colours. The chart updates automatically as time is logged, and the legend clarifies each category’s assigned colour.

Active Project & Projects in Queue
Displays a snapshot of your active projects and projects currently in queue. Queued projects appear in a dedicated list, while the chart provides a visual breakdown of active project statuses.
Use this chart to monitor workload, track follow-ups, and assess capacity for additional projects or proposals.
Away
Indicates when you are out of the office and supports safety during site visits. You can set the duration of your absence, and if you are not back within the specified time, a designated contact is automatically notified.
This feature supports personal safety and keeps the team informed of your availability.
