Add Time from the Project Page
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to log time against from the project list
- Click “Add Time”
- Enter the number of hours worked
The date will automatically prepopulate with the current date.
To log time through your timesheet instead, see Time Logging.
Project Timer
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to log time against from the project list
- Click “Start Timer” to begin tracking your time
- When you have finished working on the project , click “Stop”
- The Project Timesheet Entry side panel will open, where you can review and complete your timesheet entry before saving
Update Project Rates
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to update from the project list
- Click “Project Rates”
Default vehicle and printing rates are managed in Company-Wide Settings
Default personnel rates are managed through Lists
If changes are made to the rate sheet list they will not be reflected until the project rates are refreshed. The refresh button can be found beside the “Rate Sheet List” field.
- Update the hourly rate
- Click “Save Changes”
Fee proposals created after rate updates will use the updated rates.
View Project Billing
- Navigate to “Projects”
- Select the project you want to review from the project list
- Click “Project Billing” in the action bar
- A slide-over window will open displaying the project billing overview
To go directly to the Project Billing screen in Invoicing, Ctrl + Click the “Project Billing” button. A new tab will open with the corresponding Project Billing page.
