Design reviews are created from the Projects module of Stackd. To learn more about design reviews go to Project Activity & Communication. When a design review is created it appears in the sender’s Outbox and the reviewer’s Inbox within the Collaboration Hub. An email notification is also sent to the reviewer.
View Your Design Reviews
- Navigate to “Collaboration Hub”
- Ensure you’re on the “Inbox” tab
- Click the filter icon and deselect all options except “Design Reviews”
Complete/Reply to a Design Review
To review an open design review, follow the steps for View Your Design Reviews
- Click “More Actions” in the bottom-right corner of the design review
- Click “Mark as Reviewed”
You can reply directly to a Design Review from Collab Hub. Select More Actions → Mark as Reviewed and Reply to upload your response file without leaving the review, making it quicker to complete and return feedback.
Review a Design Review and Complete
To review an open design review, follow the steps for View Your Design Reviews
- Click “Details” in the bottom-right corner of the design review
- Review the slide-over detail panel
- Review all details and attachments
- Click “Complete Design Review”
View Design Reviews Sent
- Navigate to “Collaboration Hub”
- Ensure you’re on the “Outbox” tab
- Click the filter icon and deselect all options except “Design Reviews”
You can filter sent design reviews by recipient using the “Sent To” field.
