The Collaboration Hub centralizes incoming and outgoing communications across Stackd, including memos, milestones, tasks, and reviews. It provides a single space to see what requires your attention and manage work as it moves through your team.
Stackd brings all your action items together in one place, and with automatic refresh, your Collaboration Hub is always up to date. You can also quickly access related work directly from Your Dashboard .
Items shown in the Collaboration Hub reflect actions assigned to you as well as items you have created or forwarded.
View an Item in Your Hub
- Navigate to “Collaboration Hub”
- Click the “Details” on an item and a side panel will pop up with item details or Click “More Actions” to view next steps available to that specific task.
- Available actions vary depending on the item type.
You can view another user’s inbox or outbox by selecting their name from the dropdown. Only users with active accounts are displayed.

- Navigate to “Collaboration Hub”
- Use the tabs to toggle between the six item types (Design Reviews, Memos, Milestones, Tasks, Action Items, or Document Reviews)
- For advanced filtering, click the “Filters” button and choose which filters you would like to toggle on or off
Advanced filters allow you to include or exclude archived, completed, submitted, or urgent items depending on your workflow.
