Vehicles

The “Inventory” > “Vehicles” page allows company administrator(s) to manage vehicles that are available to employees for offsite work.

Add a New Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  2. Click “Add Vehicle”
  3. Enter the applicable vehicle information
  4. Click “Save”

Edit a Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  2. Select the vehicle you want to edit from the list
  3. Update the required fields
  4. Click “Save”

Delete a Vehicle

  1. Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
  2. Select the vehicle you want to delete from the list
  3. Click “Delete”

Vehicles can only be deleted if there are no unreimbursed mileage entries associated with them. If mileage is pending reimbursement, the vehicle cannot be deleted.
