Some document types allow you to include attachments. When creating or editing one of these documents, scroll to the “Uploaded Files” section to select files that have already been uploaded to the project or attach previously created Stackd Documents. Selected files will be included in the generated PDF as clickable links.

A draft watermark will populate over signatures for documents that have not yet been completed.
Document status updates automatically based on draft, completion (white), and transmittal state.
Refer to the legend in the top right above the table.
- Click on the document to open the document slide-over panel. Click “More Actions and select “Reviews”, “Create Revision”, “Save as Template”, or “Sign Document with ConsignO”
If you leave a document without saving, Stackd automatically creates recovery snapshots after approximately one minute of editing. These snapshots can be accessed at any time by navigating to More Actions → Recovery Snapshots.
Recovery snapshots are retained for up to one week and remain available under Archived Snapshots, even after the document is saved or closed.
