
- Navigate to the Projects module and select your desired project.
- Locate the Documents section,
- you can either click Create and select Letter of Assurance.
- or select Prefilled Templates. Click here to learn more about prefilled templates.
- Select the appropriate Type from the dropdown menu.
- Choose your method:
- Upload: Drag and drop a pre-existing document into the upload field.
- Generate from Template: Select a Prefilled Template to auto-populate the document with existing project data. Click Generate.
- Once generated, you can preview it using this button:
- Click Save Changes and the document will be shown in the Project > Document section as a draft
- You can select the following actions:
- More Actions > Document Reviews to route it for internal review
- Preview PDF to check before completing the document
- Complete Document
- With the document complete, you can see the More Actions and View PDF button
LoA has the following options now under More Actions.
- To sign the document, click Sign Document with Consigno
- Select Signature Certificate, Template and Click Load Zones to load the signatures
- Review and Click Sign.
- You can click Preview to review the document or Save to finalize the document.
- In the Project page under Documents. You can see that the LoA document is now signed:
You must select a Signature Certificate and a Template to map the correct signature zones and professional seals. Click here to learn more about Document Signing Template
Tip: For documents requiring multiple seals (e.g., professional of record and permit to practice), you can repeat the signing process with different users and certificates by clicking More Actions > Sign Document with Consigno
Tracking: Once you transmit or mark the schedule as issued in the Design Information tab, the LOA status will automatically update in your project list
