Edit a Meeting
- Navigate to “Meetings”
- Select the meeting You want to edit from the list
- From the meeting detail screen, you can edit:
- The project
- Meeting number
- Title
- Date
- Duration
- Private status
- Boardroom
- Meeting location
- Staff
- Contacts
- Agenda
- Meeting notes
- PDF attachments
- Meeting minutes
- From the meeting detail screen, you can add new contacts and agenda items, which updates the preview PDF
- From the meeting detail screen, you can select “Copy Meeting”, or “Send E-mails” to notify the staff and contacts associated with the meeting
