Contacts

Add a Contact

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
  1. Select the client you you want to add a contact to from the list

Begin typing the client in the “Filter by” field to quickly locate the client
  1. Click “➕” in the top-left corner of the Contacts table to add a new contact
  1. Complete all available fields for which you have information
💡
Include an email address for each contact so transmittals can be sent.
  1. Click “Save”

Edit a Contact

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Contacts”
  1. Select the contact’s client link you want to edit from the list

Begin typing the contact name in the “Filter by” field to quickly locate the contact.
  1. Edit the appropriate contact row within the client page
  1. Click “Save”
💡
You can also edit contacts from the
Clients
tab by selecting the associated client and updating the appropriate contact row.

Delete a Contact

  1. Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Contacts”
  1. Select the contact’s client link from the list
  1. Click the 🗑️ icon in the left-most column for the contact you want to delete
  1. Click “Save”
