Add a Contact
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Clients”
- Select the client you you want to add a contact to from the list
Begin typing the client in the “Filter by” field to quickly locate the client
- Click “➕” in the top-left corner of the Contacts table to add a new contact
- Complete all available fields for which you have information
Include an email address for each contact so transmittals can be sent.
- Click “Save”
Edit a Contact
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Contacts”
- Select the contact’s client link you want to edit from the list
Begin typing the contact name in the “Filter by” field to quickly locate the contact.
- Edit the appropriate contact row within the client page
- Click “Save”
You can also edit contacts from the Clients tab by selecting the associated client and updating the appropriate contact row.
Delete a Contact
- Navigate to “Clients / Contacts” > “Contacts”
- Select the contact’s client link from the list
- Click the 🗑️ icon in the left-most column for the contact you want to delete
- Click “Save”
