Create a Document Template
- Navigate to “Templates” > “Document Templates”
- Click “Add Template”
- Select the document type you want to template from the dropdown menu
Only the following document types can be templated:
- Addendum
- Assessment Report
- Field Review
- Independent Review
- Letter
- Memo
- Proposal
- Select the applicable fields and enter the required information for each field
- Click “Save Changes”
It is recommended that document templates are created through Projects to ensure consistency with project data.
Edit a Document Template
Editing an existing document template only affects documents created after the changes are saved.
- Navigate to “Templates” > “Document Templates”
- Select the document template you want to edit from the list
#, DOCUMENT TYPE, and NAME columns can be sorted
- Update the required fields
- Click “Save Changes”
Delete a Document Template
- Navigate to “Templates” > “Document Templates”
- Select the document template you want to delete from the list
- Click “Delete”
