Default proposal configurations have been added to your account to help you get started. Review and update these configurations as needed.
Within Proposal Configuration, you will find your firm’s internal discipline options. These can be set and edited in Global Lists.
Refer to Lists to configure you firm’s internal disciplines.
Within Proposal Configuration, there are three configuration sections. These labels are not editable.
- Scope of Services — Defines what the firm will do and deliver as part of the engagement. This section describes the specific services, deliverables, and responsibilities included in each project phase.
- Assumptions — States the conditions or expectations that must be met for the defined scope to remain valid. Assumptions help clarify dependencies or client responsibilities that may affect delivery.
- Exclusions — Clarifies what is not included in the proposal. This section helps prevent misunderstandings by identifying items outside the agreed scope of work.
