The “Inventory” > “Vehicles” page allows company administrator to manage vehicles that are available to employees for offsite work.
Add a New Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Click “Add Vehicle”
- Enter the applicable vehicle information
- Click “Save”
Edit a Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Select the vehicle you want to edit from the list
- Update the required fields
- Click “Save”
Delete a Vehicle
- Navigate to “Inventory” > “Vehicles”
- Select the vehicle you want to delete from the list
- Click “Delete”
Vehicles can only be deleted if there are no unreimbursed mileage entries associated with them. If mileage is pending reimbursement, the vehicle cannot be deleted.
