Imports can be completed for the following data sets:
- Clients
- Contacts
- Projects
Imports should be completed in the order listed above. If imports are completed out of sequence, data must be linked manually within the system.
Before completing an import, download the template to ensure it matches the structure of your data, or complete the downloaded template using the required fields.
Only CSV file imports are supported.
Import Clients
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Clients” from the dropdown
Refer to the table “Required” column to confirm which fields are necessary for a successful import.
- Upload the CSV file
- Once uploaded, click “Check” to confirm all rows are valid
- Click “Import”
Import Contacts
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Contacts” from the dropdown
- Upload the CSV file
- Click “Import”
Import Projects
- Navigate to “System” > “Import”
- Select “Projects” from the dropdown
- Upload the CSV file
- Click “Import”
