Improvements to Meetings

The Meeting module has been refreshed to simplify meeting setup, action-item tracking, and documentation. Updates include:
  • Import agendas and other details from a previous meeting to quickly prepare for recurring meetings.
  • Create and assign action items directly within a meeting. Assigned items automatically appear in each team member’s Collaboration Hub for easy follow-up.
  • Generate a professional meeting minutes PDF that clearly records discussions, decisions, responsibilities, and next steps.

Edit Pre-Filled Templates

Pre-filled templates can now be reviewed and edited before downloading, giving you greater control over the final document. During setup, you can confirm or update Stackd-linked fields—including the project name and address, jurisdiction, Engineer of Record, company information, owner details, and more—to ensure the document is accurate and project-ready.

Quality of Life Updates

  • When creating a phased billing invoice, you can now populate it from the original proposal instead of the previous invoice. This provides a clean starting point based on the approved phases and fee structure, especially when the last invoice included one-time adjustments.

  • Separate document and inspection dates for field reviews, allowing you to accurately record when the site inspection occurred and when the report was prepared or issued. Both dates are clearly captured, making it easier to maintain precise project records and reporting timelines.

  • More colour options for documents: The improved colour picker lets you apply colours as you type or update existing text by highlighting it. Stackd also remembers your seven most recently used colours, helping you format documents faster and maintain consistent styling.

  • More table formatting options: Turn table cell padding on or off to adjust spacing, and choose a custom border colour to match your document’s formatting and style.

  • Sort invoicing information your way: Organize invoicing pages by project number, client name, invoice number, date, or reference number. Select the blue arrow beside a column heading to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • Search received payments by ID: Enter a payment’s unique ID to quickly locate the corresponding received payment and review its details.
